During my stay at Hotel Santo, I was impressed by the convenient location, as it was within walking distance of major attractions in Cologne. The modern and clean rooms were equipped with excellent amenities, including a coffee machine that added a special touch to the stay. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of hot and cold options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.However, I did encounter some issues during my stay that affected the overall experience. The lack of room service and dry cleaning services was a downside, as I had anticipated these conveniences during my visit. Despite the friendly staff, housekeeping seemed a bit rushed and overlooked minor details in the room's cleanliness.On the positive side, the hotel's free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were appreciated, adding to the comfort of the stay. The 24-hour reception was convenient for late check-ins or any assistance needed throughout the day. The bar/lounge area provided a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring the city.In terms of value, I found the hotel to offer a good balance between cost and luxury. While it may not offer all the lavish amenities of a high-end hotel, the overall experience was pleasant and met my basic needs. If you're looking for a well-located and functional accommodation with decent amenities at a reasonable price, Hotel Santo is worth considering for your stay in Cologne.
